Eisenhower Continues Racing Education
During Second Segment of Kulwicki Driver Development Program
CONCORD, North Carolina (August 27, 2025) – Pro Late Model racer Noah Eisenhower said he improved in his ability to diagnose handling issues in his race car during the second segment of the Kulwicki Driver Development Program, acquiring one podium finish and two top 10s in six events.
“I was very pleased that I was not thinking setup changes in the moment,” Eisenhower said about his race at Golden Sands Speedway in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin.
Eisenhower, a Purdue motorsports engineering student, sits fourth in the program’s standings after the second segment, which covered June 11-August 21. During the second segment, Eisenhower won a heat race at Hawkeye Downs Speedway & Expo Center. However, at Dells Raceway Park his race car cut a tire, the first in 16 years.
Eisenhower, a cousin of the nation’s 34th president, possesses a passion for helping veterans, noting his grandfathers served in Korea and Vietnam. For his community service he partnered with VetsRoll.org, committing $1 per feature lap completed by NDE Racing to the organization for the remainder of this season. He also raised more than $1,100 in donations for VetsRoll when he attended the Freeport Cruise Night Car Show. When not at the track this summer, he worked at the All-Vets Memorial Park, preserving its appearance and restoring memorial stones by removing dirt, stains and weather buildup.
“Supporting a cause that means so much to me and allowing me to be passionate about it has brought a big morale booster to this segment,” Eisenhower said.
This year, members of Alan Kulwicki’s 1992 NASCAR Cup championship team are mentoring the five “Underbirds.” Eisenhower’s mentor is Brian Whitesell. The driver occupying third in the standings after the second segment will be announced Thursday.
