# Kulwicki Driver Development Program

> The Kulwicki Driver Development Program (KDDP) is a not-for-profit organization based in Concord, N.C. that develops the next generation of short track racing talent, honoring the legacy of 1992 NASCAR Champion Alan Kulwicki.

Founded in 2014 by the family of Alan Kulwicki, KDDP provides handpicked drivers with financial assistance, mentorship, publicity, sponsorship development, and industry networking as they compete for the season-long Kulwicki Cup. The program is based in Concord, North Carolina.
